This is a portion of the rubric for my writing assignments. I would have my students write a discussion post on their blog about their side in the creation/evolution debate. They would need to site evidence, and experts in the field to back up their case. then they would have to respond to the other students position on the idea. It's important when blogging to be concise, with well in-text citation, cohesive structure, and good data.
